Constant delays on myTV unit going in for repairs

Hi - Fi Corporation do not know how to deal with customers and their service department is useless. Firstly I have to constantly follow up with them on the progress on my unit. Secondly I was told in the beginning of this process that it would take 3 weeks to fix my TV! ( that is disgusting considering that their supplier is in edenvale!!) it took them 2 and half weeks to get me a quote that I had to call and ask for, then I get told its will take an additional 7 to 10 working days to get the part and then they still need to fix the unit. so that's another 3 weeks!! are these people taking the! so if I'm lucky it will take Hi - Fi corporation 6 weeks to fix one TV!! they are so quick to sell you things but when it comes to maintaining a client they have no idea, All I can say is whoever read's this and is looking to buy any electronic units DON'T USE HI-Fi CORPORTAION. I found their service poor and the people I had to deal with were uneducated (don't know their own process) and could'nt care less.
