In June 2013 I purchased the above mentioned product online from cielo. After a while of not, receiving my shipment, I called them to find out what was happening. Then I got a call from the above mentioned person, who apologised for not giving me feedback, as they had run out of stock, and had also changed suppliers. He gave me an option of a refund or to wait since the next batch would be a better quality and i would get it at the same price to which I agreed.

In September 2013, i received the sofas towards the end of the month. A month and a half later the stitching is coming off, i phoned them to tell them of my problem, the response that i got was that i should ship the sofas back to them in PE, at my cost, and he reffered me to the terms and conditions. Their conditions do not specify in terms of my case, it only specifies in terms of returns for refunds. I do not want a refund, i just want them to rectify the problem, and i do not understand why it should be at my expense since it is not my fault.

I also inquired from the guy whether the product that i received was genuine leather uppers as the part that was stitching off does not seem like genuine, no answer.
