Ad quality but expensive product

Hello Peter... I, Phumzile Cleopatra Mdluli purchased sofas for my mother at the mentioned retailer in Dec 2012. these goods cost R38 000.00 and were delivered late Jan 2013. We had to brake our window and burglar bars to get them in, All was well until the sofas started shading the supposed genuine leather within 6 months. We complained with the supplier and the problem is that we are asked to replace our own window and burglars and stay without sofas till they deliver another set then we will then again have to replace the window again because they will not do a simple swap, whereas we had the idea that we had a genuine leather sofa that will never have to leave the house. The people will not take responsibility since the gave us bad quality product for a very high price.
