Do Not know what you are doing

The accounts department has phoned me 10 times already, i have come to an agrement 10 times and everytime i get a phone call they say its not on thier systems. so witch means that you do not know what you are doing if you can not work a computer, i have been hadded over for debt collecting because i have not made an agrement with you but i also havae all the calls recorded when you guys phoned me and all 10 times i have made an agrement so now my name is been listing as bad beacuse you do not know what you doing well i have contacted my lawyer about this and i have proof i did make agraments.
