No response from technician

After logging a service request, technician came to site. Then NOTHING. I tried calling and SMSing the technician but he did not respond. I then had to contact the call centre every 2 days to follow up as nothing seemed to be happening and the call centre manager was a ghost always in a meeting or NOT IN... This seems to be usual behavior for a call centre manager.

I GIVE UP over a week later and still a freezer which does not work...
