Sim Swap requested and after a week still not done

I phoned in to do a sim swap on my sim after it said ' sim not registered' last week. I spoke to a number of people and I am at the point of no return where i actually want to cancel my accounts at both stores. Every time I phone in to follow up on the progress of this they tell me they will phone me back and I just don't hear from them again. I am disappointed in the service I've been receiving from this call centre. They told me it takes 48 hours to do the sim swop, which I can understand, but really, a week later and still nothing??!!!

I really think the staff should have a meeting and point out that the customer is the most important part of forming the company. At my company I would get a warning for not getting back to a client on the progress of a query or even if it is just to let them know we are experiencing difficulties with our systems. I am really disapointed in the service and I really do want to encourage you guys to just highlight that part to your call-centre consultants and other staff. I hope you will see this as a constructive complaint and make work of it to improve the service you offer to the customers...
