Assistance was requested 11 times (telephonically and in writing) to allocate the payment of R350 to the following account: SIBUSISO NGWENYA, acc no. 6277 43 0011 00 6818 590. Proof of payment and requests were sent to [Email Removed] and Customer Services [Email Removed] To date my requests have been ignored and the account not credited. Markham still prompts Mr SIBUSISO NGWENYA for payment
