We wanted to buy 2 small boxes (250 ml) Ultramel milk, to drink on the road, as we were travelling through Kimberley. At first there was only one box of milk on the cooler shelf. We ask for another one. We waited for about 15 - 20 minutes. Meanwhile I finished shopping while my husband waited for feedback on the milk.
They came back with a box of Ultramel cream, so they went back to fetch milk. We also bought a packet of Apples. The real test started at the till. At first the bar code reader could not read the price on the milk. They send someone to look for the price on the cooler shelf, but she came back and said there was no price on the shelf, so we had to leave the milk. We bought a packet of apples. The same happened with the apples. No price on the bar code. I went back to the shelf twice to get another packet of apples and the lady who packed our stuff, with a paper crown on her head that says "Customer is King", went back 3 times to get another packet of apples, but no joy, so we had to leave the apples behind as well.
