Rottern apples packed upside down they look good

Hi there,

I bought apples that a supposed to be first grade and they were only one was ok, I ate one when I wanted to take one for lunch the rest of the apples are rotten, they packed them in the way that you won't see, they look good from the distance, my son took them back the assistance store manager refused to take them back. He said that we shouldn't have ate one, just tell me how was I supposed to know that the rest of the apples are rotten. That was the worse service every that I received at Spar Malvern.
