Order delivered before amended expeceted date

I complained a week ago about ever shifting and lengthening expected delivery date of books I had ordered for a birthday on 16 November (expected delivery date was eventually quoted as 21 Nov!) To my absolute joy I received an email yesterday informing me that the orders were dispatched and will be in my possession this afternoon. Now this is the Kalahari that I know and love!! All we ask is that we are kept informed of delays in the future and then all will be well.
