Terrible service and really bad attitude

A while back I was busy helping my daughter wash her carpets with my Genesis vacuum cleaner when a part on the nozzle broke. Since she stays in Parys, the nearest Verimark outlet was in Potch. The people in the Mooirivier Mall was very helpful, ordering a part for me and sending my details through to the Klerksdorp branch as I reside in Klerksdorp. This happened about 5 weeks ago. Since then I have frequented the Klerksdorp Mall branch whenever I could, but the man there was not very helpful. Monday I went there again and inquired about the part yet again as I need to wash my carpets. He said nothing had arrived. I told him I have been waiting more than a month to which he rudely replied: "Well, I've been waiting for three months! " and went on about the suppliers sending him nothing. I said I will contact Hellopeter for some assistance and right there he turned around, went into the store room and came out with my part! I was confused, but relieved I got the part. I went back there today to get some carpet shampoo but this man was so rude to me that I left without buying anything. He is unhelpful, disrespectful and I will not be buying a Verimark product if the service is like this.
