Horrifying Experience at Makro Woodmead

While in the butchery section I was met with a horrifying experience which has only since been surpassed by the appalling way it was handled by Makro.
I pulled out a box of chicken from a top drawer in the freezer, unbeknown to me, the meat had defrosed (while in a high powered freezer?) and the top of the box had a pool of blood which ended up on me.
My entire upper torso, shorts and shoes were covered in the blood, much to my disgust!
This in full view of on-lookers, needless to say this was extremely embarrassing and upsetting. It took me 10-15mins to find someone who could assist me, the Butchery manager on the day had absolutely no concern for me, and was instead interested in getting the mess on the floor cleaned up.
It took a further 10mins to get an individual from loss&prevention through to attend to me and he advised me my blood stained clothes would be replaced after I argued with him when he insisted I get a quote for the clothes and supply him with it. My statement was taken on an ordinary exam pad and he promised to call on Mon. 11.11.2013, which he did not! I called him on Tues. and he got a gent, Jaco, to call me. Jaco simply advised Makro will pay for my dry cleaning!
