Does not get my orders correct

I am a teacher who works close to Q-photo Waterkloof Corner. As we have to teach during the mornings and have other responsibilities in the afternoons, we always send our assistants to have copies, scans etc made. Whenever we send someone, we ALWAYS send a written text with describing exactly what pages, how many of each, whether it should be black or white and so forth in as much possible detail so that they know what we would like to have. My complaint is that there is literally always fault with the things that come back. Either some of the documents/copies was not printed that we asked for (and wrote down with page numbers etc), but was charged for, or copies of things were made and charged for that we did not ask for or like today I asked that eight pages of a booklet be scanned and saved on a flash disk but I specified in writing that each page should please be scanned separately and not the two pages next to each other as one and it came back as that and still I was charged for two pages. I wish I could go to Q-photo myself every time this is impossible.
