So here we go again...

First you call me and treat me like a, demanding that I cancelled my Debit Order with my bank. You then demand that I settle my outstanding amount of R 360 for 2 months. When I go to the store, the lady says to me I am wasting my time and money because I am paid up to date. Then you promise me that the rude and arrogant and incompetent woman that called me and treated me like rubbish will be reprimanded and you will give feedback in 3 days (which is now 2 weeks later)

I then call you 3 or 4 times, only to find you are on leave.. I then hear that you have arranged with some guy at your customer service to phone me... This was the 4th of NOV. IT is now 12 NOV... I have since phoned you again and asked that someone must call me, which does not happen.

I also went to my bank and got a BLACK ON WHITE LETTER confirming that there are NO DEBIT ORDERS cancelled on any of my accounts

This brings me to my question...???

You are obviously not an institution to do business with looking at this terrible feedback and service. You jeopardise my credit record saying that I am behind on payments etc???

I DEMAND THAT A SENIOR MANAGER CONTACT ME
