Bad Service and Arrogant Attitude

I have booked my trial with Radiant Image last Saturday and from the start I have received shocking service & attitude from Khadija. In my initial convo with her, she mentioned that she requires full payment purely because she doesnt trust Indians. I don't find it appropriate to criticize & degrade Indians but surely most of her client base are Indians. My trial: My family and I got there about 10 mins early. We werent even greeted or acknowledged. Khadija was on the phone while doing a client's make up. Nevertheless I waited more than an 1/2 hours for her to see me. During this time she attended to other clients, screamed and shouted at her PA, the security outside and even went to the extent of having a client perform some treatment on her behind the walls. During this time we received no apology for her running late. She asked me what I was wearing and what I like so I told her. I cannot explain how horrified I was when I saw my makeup. When I told her I do not like it, she got all defensive and nasty. She also referred to my family as whoever that is! I dont recommend her services to anyone because of her arrogant attitude and unprofessional!
