Paying and not getting what you paid fo

On the 12 of November 2013 I visited Maponya Edgars and paid for a nail polish I needed for the evening with a debit card. The revlon lady was helping me told me the printer did not print and she looked for help explaining tothe mager who first came that the till has a problem and last week it did the same thing. When this manager could not help the credit manager Eva was called and she said to me I must pay for it again but I showed her the sms from the bank saying I have already paid. When I asked her how is she accomodating me as a customer she said there is nothing but I must just come back in48hrs. which I think was really unfair cause I have to now pay for another nail polish and spend to go back to the mall in 48hrs. she was so cold and did not seem to care then I asked her for her name after she gave me her name she just walked away without saying anything. I am really offended by this service because I had the same expirience in Edgars Fourways but it was dealt with professionally and I was not affected.
