Customers forced to drive to Parow or pay delivery

I would simpler like to buy a few office cabinets as displayed in their Canalwalk Store and on the @home website. I am told by a friendly Theo that I either have to drive to Parow to buy them or I must pay a delivery fee of R400 to get them delivered.

Why should it fall on the customer to drive all the way out to Parow to collect them? Why should I have to pay R400 to have something delivered everytime I want something that Canal Walk branch doesn't have in stock? They should monitor their stock control correctly and make sure they order in the items that they do not have in stock!!

Can someone please explain this to me?
