Other staff should learn from Lucas

I just want to say that i am totally amazed and grateful for the best service ever received from Lucas at the Customer Care department. Last night i popped by to buy a few items as presents. The store was already closed and i needed my items to be wrapped and Lucas was so patient and helpful. He wrapped up the two items perfectly without rushing and worrying about leaving for home. I even told him to leave the bow and he said " no mam its my job and customers come first" we were even chatting about what a long day it has been and he did not at once ever come across as complaining or saying it indirectly that he wanted to go. I am just so pleased because not everyone would treat you like that, normally they will tell you sorry we close and even walk you to the door, but he didn't't and he had a smile on his face from the time he seen me till the time i left. Thank you Lucas for your amazing service. I hope they give you a promotion and a raise :)
