I have been an Edgars account holder for the past 15 years and had recently paid off my account, soon after I was called by their call centre claiming I owned them and had not paid my account, I then questioned the lady who called about the claim who in turn with a rude attitude told me I am not the only person who has ever been defrauded so I should not question her as if she knows anything about what had happened. The lack of sincerity on the matter of being defrauded which was very disturbing to me was handled unprofessionally and rudely and I would advice everyone to close their Edgars accounts given my experience in a matter that was entirely their fault as that is exactly what I intend to do.
