Harrasment due to incompitency

I am in areal bad mood as i type this and totally annoyed by the edcon call centre for accounts and billing i have closed my edgars account for over two years now and i am totally off at incompitent call centre staff that dont know how to do their job properly. i have been harrassed now by edcon call centres for 10 months now claiming money for an account that does not belong to me instead it belongs to some black dude who holds this account number, after countlessly telling these that i am not this person they are persistant in calling me every month asking me if i am some sabelo dlamini, i am totally annoyed at this highest level of stupidity and will now action legal action against edcon for harrassment by its call centre
im beyond the point of negotiation and are am now off and angry
this is totally not on and i intend to make an example and receive compensation for this insult that i have suffered.
