It seems that I am not the only one complaining about the incorrect balance of my statemnt.
I am not understanding your statement and as a customer feel cheated that you are over charging me.

If you look at April the statement ended with a balance of R48239.61
June ended on 47403.59

Are you telling me that for 4 months of R1416.97 = R5667.88 - WHERE IS THAT MONEY GONE TO.

This is just not right!!! what ever finance charges you gave me, this was fulled added to the contract which I have been paying for.
As a long standing customer of your this is just not right.

I want the matter please resolved and I want you to give me a settlement amount.
I also want a full and detailed statement from inception on contract. A email was sent to you yesterday at 2.56pm, I still await your reply.

Dont make me pay you for mistakes.
