Poor customer service

My name is Mamokete Grace Modipane I had an account with foshini. In 2009 I had financial problem and my account was handed over to the lawyers. In 2011 I managed to settle my account. They told me that I will receive a settlement. That letter never got to my mails. This year I tried to get a home loan with hubby to be and I was refused to participate in being part of that. My name is being listed due their untrained staff. I do not owe them a single cent. Should have done their work and they stop giving us a pathetic service.
They are failling customers and they need stop this attitude towards customers. Follow ups are not done and when they are done with you transaction. They attend the next person without explaining to you what is the situation. Until you get your credit and then tha is when you realise that the did not do their work. Now I'm sitting with a debt that I do not knowledge of. Thi indeed.
