Disgusting staff and Management

I bought a bed almost a month ago, my bed was given to me with incorrect legs and so they broke. My bed was suppose have been exchanged there is no exchange. No one at Randburg Square can assist you. I have never come accross such incompetency in my life. The so called 2nd in charge is so lazy that a simple request like handing me the regionals number could not even be done, she is so incompetent that the number was asked 3 times and she ignored me and told me she has nothing to do with my bed, I was upset after askn for the 3rd time and so the incompetent, rude 2nd in charge woke up and started shouting and slammed the door on my face. Her name is Fazila (not sure has no1 wanted to write down her name) The cherry on the top another employee had the nerve to say to me that I will never get my money back and that she will catch me outside and hit me. This is so appauling, from research this is not the 1st incident at ellerines Randburg square. I want the regional Manager to contact me ASAP and I want a refund on Monday I want my R3300 refunded to me and I want to know how is this company going to compensate me for my inconvenience, the appauling service and threats. Its a circus at ellerines.
