Bad Quality

I have bought pants from Pick n Pay Clothing I have worn them once not even for the whole day and they have torn. I have bought 3 and 2 is torn. I went back to the shop and they refused to return it for me because I did not have the slip. I am not happy about this now I need to through them a way as I can not use them R400 down the drain. The quality is very bad and will tell people how bad the quality is and that they do not even want to assist with the matter.
