Very Disappointed in Lack of Response

I am recovering from a Orbitotomy (removal of lacrimal gland tumour). Because of this procedure, I was advised by my ophthalmologist to only use Hypo-allergenic products. The Clinique consultant asked me a few questions to determine my skin type and I advised her that I cannot use normal products on my skin because of the fact that I now have a dry eye. She was very friendly and helpful. My issue is that the products she sold me for dry-combination skin contains alcohol which I cannot use because of my dry eye. The next morning, my right eye and part of my face was completely swollen and painful. This is very upsetting and caused me a lot of discomfort considering that I am still recovering from my operation. This could have been detrimental to my health. It is extremely upsetting as it seems i am just a number to Edgars and my life is of no importance to them. I haven't received a courtesy call even after i sent a letter of complaint to Edgars H/O and I had to do a follow up call with them and was promised that someone from Edgars PMBurg will get back to me but to no avail. The items were purchased on my husbands account and he is a Club member.
