Old and mouldy smelling ciabatta bread

I just went to get myself a ciabatta bread from Shoprite in Somerset West, and boy am im upset and nauseous all in one. Get back to my office then i notice the bread i abit on the hard side so i thought to myself. It may just have been baked abit hard, but when i cut it and the entire bottom crumbs into pieces i know this thing was old. I then smell the ciabatta bread only to get a old mouldy stench.

And immediately I'm done for lunch.
