I am expressing my unsatifaction regarding poor service from the Senior down to Junior staff at JET store. It is a pity that I have to always write a complaint regarding their dusgusting customer service.
I was told that my query was escalated to the accounts department team however no one is responding, my life is on a stand still due to JET failing to issue my paid up letter.
This is the last time finding myself typing the complaint to JET, I am taking further steps because it seems they are not willing to assist yet at the same time they brag about excellent customer service they give to their customers.
