False Advertising

On the 26-10 I went to purchase the Tresemme gift pack with free travel straightener. I went early as soon as they opened and they had a big advert on the shelf stating the product price but there was nothing on the shelves. I looked around and ask a person that works there, Marjorie. she told me that the supplier didnt give them any and thereafter she took down the advert. she told me that if they supplied during the week she would keep one for me and leave it at the Medi Rite pharmacy instore as she wouldnt be there the following weekend. I went there the following Saturday and there was nothing there. I spoke to the manager and he told me that they get the product everyday and it gets sold. He took my name down and told me to give me a call as soon as the product was available and he would keep one for me. No calls No Nothing i am still waiting. they are ineffecient and liars as I am still waiting from the time the advert was posted 2 weeks ago. When u go there they are always passing the buck to the suppliers not supplying them Dont advertise if u dont have the product coz ppl come all the way for that specific product and get nothing.
