Disappointing service and lack of business ethics

I've requested that my contract with you be terminated months ago, confirmed this telephonicaly as well as on email but you are still deducting funds from my account, may i remind you that what you are doing is illegal and unethical.
I've also been promised a Tablet PC which was supposedly dispatched a month ago but its never reached me.

I would like whats due to me reimbursed and honoured immediately please as i am really annoyed by the Business ethic and disrespect shown to clients. There must be something seriously wrong with the way you do business as i am not the only one with this issue given all the negative feedback you have on this forum
