I recently purchased a big screen TV from the dion wired online store only to find out that an instore promotion was being run which included a free webcam with the purchase. This was excluded from the online offer for some reason. I called the helpline and cancelled the order. A few minutes after that, Delvin called me back to confirm the cancellation. He noted the reason and said that he will raise it and see if they could arrange the webcam as part of the order. The next day, as he said he would, he called me up with fantastic news. He was able to arrange it and want to verify delivery options. I opted to pick it up as the TV had already been promptly delivered. This saved me a huge inconvenience of cancelling the order, returning the TV only to go back into the store to purchase it, not to mention carting it around with me. Outstanding intuitive service. i will gladly shop here again.
