Dion Wired Still Hasn't Replaced Defective Goods

TERRIBLE service from Dion Wired online. I will NEVER order from them again. First of all they delivered a defective product and now it's been over two weeks of them promising to deliver a replacement and still nothing!!! They're going to be out of business soon if they keep this up!!!
