Do Not Buy Lingerie From This Company

I ordered three items of lingerie from this company online on 4 September. I was told it would take 20 days. On 22 October I finally received the goods which had apparently been sent via surface mail from China. The items are all extremely small in size, obviously not made for European women. I take a size 10 top and 8 pants and weigh 55kg. I ordered a Medium corset, camisole and pantihose. All emails from this company had no person's name on them. There is no street address, only a postal address, and no phone number. I was totally ignored when I repeatedly asked them to call me. After asking for a refund for these items which are of no use to me whatsoever, I have been told I signed a refund policy whereby they do not give refunds. This company misleads people by showing pictures of their lingerie worn by European women. I spent R905, 00 plus I had to pay R48, 50 customs duty on collection at my local post office.
