BAD SERVICE

I had a very bad experience with the floor manager of the store yesterday, I tried to buy a cell phone on my account. I was told my ID looks faulty and they don't accept such ID's, fair. I gave him my bank statement as proof of address and as proof that the ID belongs to me, instead of using his own management discretion he calls the contact centre. From there it went from bad to worse, I spoke to a guy who said Truworths know him as "Musa" it was not necessary for me to know his surname. I was made to feel as if I am not a client at your store with every one looking at me as a. My worst nightmare was after speaking to this "Musa" my account was suspended. I am really off with companies that take their customers for granted and not providing training to their employees.
