Pathetic retailers and outsourced collectors

I defaulted on one of my payments at Hifi Corp and a consultant called me and I informed her that my contract had finished and only start a new job on the 1st of November this being said a few days ago i had a knock on my door from a debt collector from Estrada Debt Solutions this guy seemed like a loan or had a vendetta with me it was October the 25th around there and he told me i want you to pay the installment by the 2nd of November and informed me to sign the paper to qcknowledge receipt of some summons and told me he'll be back to collect the TV set. This guy by the name of Jaco Raubenheimer was back on my door today and I informed him that I will not be able to make payment as I have only started work today and can only be able to pay my installment after pay day and he informed me that its non revisable i should open my door so that hw can take the TV. This all happened so fast this Jaco guy seemed to be only interested in possessing my tv set instead of facilitating the payment process. Having experienced this I don't thnk I will ever rate HIFI Corp or JD Group the way i used to be heart-less an inconsiderate market giants who dnt care about consumers but profiteering
