Terrible attitude, no respectwrong prices displayed

I went into store (like i do every 2nd day) got some hair products. The price displayed was R1.99 for 2 different type products same brand. I took it to the till to pay & took it out of the basket & placed it on the counter, Elizabeth the cashier was so lazy to reach a maximum of 10cm to reach it told me "bring me the stuff" She sat on her chair refusing to move. Then as i walked out i checked my slip, item that was advertised for R1.99, i was charged R9.99. I went back to query it with her, she tells me stand one side, someone will come. I waited for 15minutes before Thuthu (manager) came me. I explained. Showed her the displayed price. She took the items went to till. Told Bonnie (worst attitude) 2 sort it Bonnie says "oh i dont know what to do" i had to wait another 15mins 4 Thuthu to get right products.she stops to talk to Elizabeth for another 10mins. Bonnie tells me Go stand that side you are in the way. My lunchbreak was over now 25mins. I told them im in a hurry but that didnt concern them. Thuthu & Bonnie tried 2figure out the issue. I tried 2explain they wouldnt listen. As a daily patron of Pep i expect respect. I was reprimanded by my manager 4being late. Bonnie ALWAYS bad attitude
