Verimark Cresta gets 0% for service delivery

Hi my name is Sayed Khan and I have a huge problem with the services I got from the Verimark team at the Cresta Shopping Mall. I bought a Genesis iron sometime in December 2012. I then started having problems with the iron as it started scorching our clothes. I read the statement on the box that states it irons smoothly but I was not getting that from the iron i bought. We took the iron back on the 22 March 2013 to explain the problem we are experiencing and instead of getting help from the Verimark Team they were rather defending themselves and the product. Verimark said it will take 7 days to access the iron but Head office told me it will take 21 days. Who am I suppose to believe now? At Verimark head office they were also not helpful they had an attitude instead. Another thing is on the receipt there is no exchange guarantees reflecting on it, with the terms and conditions of the exchanges. I will give Verimark a ZERO for service delivery. I want everyone to know Verimark is not who they portray themselves as. Please Be Careful and asks for the exchange terms and conditions.
