Roxanne/Donald and Lee. These three people at Canal Walk Adventure centre who are responsible for my frustration. I had handed in a dry pack which is suppose to be water resistant. I have since replaced my electrical item that was in the bag at the time getting no feed back for Cape Union Mart. These devices don't come cheap. There is a guarantee on the label saying it is water resistant. We inspected the bag to find a hole, small as a pin, further more running water over just the hole, we got very little water in the bag.By doing a second test to splashing the stitching we found fault. The bag I handed over to Lee-adventure Branch, was 10 months ago, with the promise of getting back to me in that same week. I only received one email. But no further communication. Tried another manager, Donald and another Roxanne, without results. Disappointing. I have other faulty items tent pegs missing and sleeping bags zip failures, but I'm afraid to send it in, due to the no returning of items. I feel, not to support Cape Union Mart. For treating me so badly. I was willing to buy off the floor products at normal prices and was promised to source new pegs etc. I feel so insulated.
