They pester me AGAIN with spam

Earlier this year I had a protracted experience to get 1 Life to remove me from their mailing list. I am AGAIN receiving SMS messages though i NEVER asked for it and do NOT want it. Even worse, I received these messages overseas when my mobile was on roaming and I was paying for every SMS message. I want to know why 1 Life is sending me their messages again. I also want them to compensate me for my losses and for the time I am spending to get rid of their marketing. Why is 1Life acting so unethically to send people marketing material that they do not want. I am also on the opt out national list, which means that they are acting even more unethically. They ignore the explicit wish of people not to receive marketing messages. I also want to know how it happened that my number is now AGAIN being used by them to send me their irritating messages.
