Good day,

I had a complaint escalated on the 19th November regarding an incident at the Pick 'n Pay Village Market, Westville.

I yet await a response.

Furthermore, I had another unsatisfactory experience at the Secunda Mall Pick 'n Pay. Does PnP not even endeavour to employ competant, polite, efficient staff who take customer care seriously?

I can say with full conviction and honesty that PnP no more provides the pleasant shopping experience that it used to!
