Paying for something I cannot access - Bad Service

About a week ago, I contacted the Platinum Club via email to find out why I cannot access that website with my account no.
I was called nearly 3 months ago and told about this wonderful club, and have had R30 deducted every month since.
I have been waiting on feedback on why I cannot access the site, so I find I am paying for something I cant access.
I received an email on Monday 28th Oct, saying we are investigating and we will contact you tomorrow. ( Tuesday 29th) Today is Friday 1 Nov, and still heard nothing.
If you cannot help me out, I want to be refunded, and this will be taken up as its funds from me...
