Horrible Service

I can not believe the bad service I've received from OK furniture. I am beyond words.
My first instalment was made via eft which no one could pick up for days, then took about 8 months and much complaining, begging and eventually screaming to get them to come out and collect, repair and return my sleeper couch to me. Now for the past three months my statement has been going to the wrong address after having gone to the branch and requesting this to be changed to no avail once again. So once again I have to call the accounts department to find out why this is still happening. Having to be put on hold over 4 times and explain the situation 3 times I'm told that the accounts department does not do postage and there is nothing else she will do, the supervisor even refused to give me her name, only once being put through to another supervisor was I told her name. Now I need to go fax this statement to see if they can resolve this once and for all. Some more running around for me to do! Unreal!
