Bad service

I bought my monther shoes at festival mall but they were big so i returmed them at OR Tambo but they were still not ok for her so went to festival mall to return shoes i bought for my mother at woolworths in OR Tambo, but i was told i shud go to OR tambo where i bought the shoes to get the original slip as they cannot credit my account without the slip, to my suprise i have always been able to return goods with the receipt but this lady Sandra Naaido was rude, and treated me like i am stupid. she said i should know that their policy wants original documents but i had the original receipt. her service was disgusting and i am appauled by her behaivour as she is the manager. what kind of example did she set. she did not give me other options to sort out my issue
