You clearly don't need new customers

SO! I apply 2weeks ago for a Foschini account. I get the reference number and wait... 1 WEEK go by, no answer... week 2 approaches and I call. The chick politely tells me that I was declined on their side. I say ok, can you give me the reason why. She says, Well, you have a judgement on your name, lol. I go ok, can you give me more information, she says, she actually dont know why i was declined, but it COULD be coz I have a judgement. I immediately check my online profile with ITC Experian and found that there is not one single judgment on my name. Clearly Foschini does NOT NEED BUSINESS. They make enough money to decline people and to still make people follow up if their credit records are clean or not! I will spread this story over our extended birthday family dinner this evening... sure it will make for a good laugh and for some of us to realise how hopeless retail institutions are!!!
