Misleading you with "Thank U Points"!!

Suddenly - after saving up some thank u points to buy something guilt (yes, I mean guilt and not debt) free I had to find out my thank u points are gone!

NO COMMUNICATION on how that happened or THAT it will happen!! Everyone just shrugs their shoulders and says, "oh sorry, that's just how it is".

The cashiers didn't even know it will expire. I had to get the good news from an arrogant twit at head office.

Edgars does NOT want to say THANK YOU... They feel NOTHING for you!! They just want to show you a new way to mislead you, smile and wave. Well done.
