Shocking Back Up Policy and Service

2 years ago I bought an expensive Samsung Fridge which is faulty but has now just passed its 2 year warranty (shocking as one buys a brand this expensive expects many years of service from it!). To add further fuel to fire this particular model must have been a REJECT as this is the 3rd repair warranted. Within a couple months of it purchased the LCD panel failed and needed to be replaced.8- 10 months later it started leaking- imagine a R10k fridge model #RL67MCPN (please don't buy when this fridge). The tech came and fixed however- a couple of days ago my fridge started making a humming sound then a tractor sound like it could explode with leaks. I called the retailer that sold me this fridge who now says that it has passed the 2yr warranty and I need to speak to Samsung directly- you try and phone the call centre on Saturday and no one can help because all the "big wigs"/Managers who make the decision are not there. Thabo (supervisor) says he needs to charge me a call out fee! Disgusting! I threaten to take this further but the supervisor Thabo insists that he cant help me and will escalate matter to the "voice of customer" who don't work on Saturday. What service is this for a brand.
