PATHETIC SERVICE

The management staff at this branch do not know what customer centricity is. The customer service department is pathetic, i had to wait in the queue for an hour. This amazes me as they have their 6 promises which they do not practice. We took this up with one of their Supervisors named PETRUS and his response was that we should not take out our frustration on him... I'm not sure if this is part of their policy. There was no manager to assist and they had only 2 tills work on a month end.

so this is the type of attitude you get for using their branch... IT WAS SO RUDE AND PATHETIC CAUSE THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS SITTING AT CHIT CHATTING AT THEIR CELLPHONE COUNTER AND NOT ATTENDING TO HER CUSTOMERS...

WOOLWORTHS MAPONYA MALL NEEDS TO SHAPE UP OR SHUT THEIR STORE!!!
