CTM gave me quote on taps for 699 and when we wanted to purchase the taps the price went up by 22%. This equites to an additional 600 rand for the 3 particular taps I question. I was guaranteed because I had photographic prof what the price was that they would give it to me at that price! Now they refuse to give it because they have "margins and targets to achieve"! Ironically we WERE going to by close to 80 thousand rands worth it tiles and bathroom accessories! Now I have decided to rather go somewhere else because of their unethical behavior they have list that sale which dwarfs the 600 discount they should have given!
