I settled my Makro account, then I received call from collections then I told them that the account was paid off. they requested the proof, I sent it via email. I had to do follow-ups to make sure that they settle my account. I was doing this by my costs, they were transferring me from 1 department to the other one. finally they said the account is settled. and I never had defaults with them. All of a sudden I found out that they didn't update the bureau. Now I want them to clear my name on bureau and give me the letter that says I don't owe them anything, they refused to give 2day.
I spoke to Kim and Mpho from their customer service they failed to assist me as they kept on telling me that I will be assisted in two day because of their turnaround time. What an disgusting service they do not know how to apologies to a client. they said its not their fault. I guess it mine sies I hate Makro. I wanted that letter as I wanted to do my personal things but I won't get it before 2day. This is horrible, disgusting and unacceptable. No 1 in my family and friends will open an account at Makro even buy there
I am very upset I want my clearance letter or statement today and my name cleared 2day.
