POOR SERVICE

On numerous occasions have required assistance from Staff... eg in shoe dept or sizes of clothing or trying to reach clothing from high racks or shelves. Find it very difficult to find an assistant. Once resorted to asking the security guard for assistance. Once asked someone dressed formally but with a edgars name bagde on there clothing if there was someone to help and all she said was that "they should be on the floor.". Today as I stood to pay, a customer asked the teller if there was someone who could assist her in the shoe dept, all she was told was "No, sorry". Since only one complaint is allowed will have to complain about the air conditioning and inexperienced tellers at another time.
