Ottom of packet open

I am very unhappy and irritated. See what time I am sending this email. My wife was getting our lunches ready for the morning and she takes the kellogs all bran flakes. We bought a new 750g box. she opened the box to take out the sealed packet, when she took the packet out the entire bottom gave way and everything fell on the floor. You don't wanna know how off she was as about an hour ago she finished doing the housework. I don't have time to go all the way to the supermarket to get another this week and my wife takes the cereal to work everyday.

What's happens now... this not the first time this has happened. A few months ago
The same thing happened but luckily in fell back in the box. That was the Special K cereal. This is the reason I am complaining. Please check your quality control... Cos this inconveniences us.

I have sent a complaint to the email on the box - [Email Removed] and its been 5 days with no reply or acknowledgement... where is the customer service?
